At Gulf Coast Christian Academy, our objective is to promote growth and development in a child-centered environment by providing a quality educational program that challenges and encourages children to achieve their fullest potential. We are dedicated to the mental, physical, social and spiritual development of all children entrusted to our daily care. Children ages 3 -5 are introduced to the basics in the language arts, numbers and fine arts including lessons in safety, health and manners. Daily Bible stories and weekly Chapel services are presented on the child’s learning level.
We are licensed by the Florida Department of Children & Families the Florida League of Christian Schools (FLOCS).
Children's environments have the biggest effect on them during the early years of development. They are constantly discovering new things and exploring new activities from which they formulate opinions, expectations, and understandings of their world. With this in mind, children need to be surrounded by a variety of objects intended to stimulate different concepts.
Therefore, our program includes the following: Manipulatives, Dramatic play, Active play, Music, Art creativity, Cooking, Science, Nature, Chapel and Kindergarten Readiness.
